These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of web design and digital marketing services from Design Ad Management ("we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase or signing up for services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services

Design Ad Management provides custom website design, development, hosting, maintenance, SEO services, and digital advertising management for small businesses. The specific services included in your plan are described at the time of purchase.

2. $99 Website + $59/Month Plan

    3-Month Minimum Commitment: By purchasing the $99 Website Design package, you agree to a minimum commitment of three (3) months of the $59/month maintenance and hosting plan. Your total minimum commitment is $99 (setup) + $177 (3 × $59/month) = $276.
  

The $99 setup fee is charged at the time of purchase and is non-refundable once work has begun.
The $59/month subscription begins immediately upon purchase and is billed automatically each month to the card on file.
After the initial 3-month period, the subscription continues on a month-to-month basis and will be charged automatically each month until cancelled.
To cancel after the 3-month minimum, you must provide 30 days written notice to info@designadmanagement.com.
Cancellation requests received less than 30 days before your next billing date will result in one additional charge before cancellation takes effect.

3. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize Design Ad Management to charge your card the amounts described above on the schedule outlined. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Failed payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Refund Policy

The $99 setup fee is non-refundable once website development has begun (typically within 48 hours of purchase). Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you are unsatisfied with your website before launch, we will work with you to make it right — please contact us at info@designadmanagement.com.

5. Ownership

Upon completion of the initial setup and while your subscription remains active, you retain full ownership of your website content, copy, and images. The website files are yours. We do not hold your site hostage — if you choose to leave, we will provide you with all your files.

6. Our Responsibilities

Deliver your completed website within 7 business days of receiving your onboarding information.
Maintain 99.9% uptime for hosted websites.
Perform monthly security updates and backups.
Respond to support requests within 1 business day.
Make reasonable content updates as included in your plan.

7. Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate business information, content, and assets in a timely manner.
Respond to design reviews and approval requests within 5 business days.
Maintain a valid payment method on file.
Not use your website for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Design Ad Management is not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, or any indirect damages arising from website downtime, SEO performance, or advertising results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to any claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.
